The Washington DC, Northern VA Chapter of the IEEE Photonics Society is sponsoring a plenary session at the University of Maryland with the theme of:

“Everything you wanted to know about solar energy, but were afraid to ask.” Or more specifically, “Forefront Developments in the Technology, Policy, and Economics of Solar Power”.
